Ramon Tulfo exposes drug connections of BOC whistleblower Lourdes Mangaoang

The issue on the missing 6.8 billion shabu shipment is now under inquiry where Mangaoang and Lapena are greatly involved dragging the name of Bureau of Customs on the controversy.


An estimate of a ton of shabu were compressed inside the magnetic lifters to pass by X-ray monitors in BoC. Lourdes Mangaoang was the former chief of X-ray division and is directly reporting under Isidro Lapena, the Customs chief. Despite re-assignment orders for Mangaoang, the latter insists to stay in the x-ray division and even accused his boss as she claims that Lapena is the one who needs to be transferred.

A post from Ramon Tulfo’s Facebook page, the media reporter straightforwardly shared the ex-chief of BoC’s background and her connections and drug involvements.

According to his source, Lourdes is a former partner of a Cebu mayor who allegedly belongs to the list of narco-politicians. Moreover, the said mayor is a former general of the Philippine National Police.


Allegedly, Mangaoang is the point person to slip off shabu shipments during her office as X-ray division chief. Added to that, the shabu shipments are intended for the drug lord business partners of Mangaoang’s ex-partner.

On the other hand, it is a big mistake for Lapena to give the office for Mangaoang as the latter is known to have flowery words and good in teasing men. There were concern people who warned Lapena about Mangaoang but did not buy any of it.

Personal grudge? 

The solons are trying look on personal grudge intentions from Mangaoang’s end on dragging Lapena’s name on the controversial matter. Allegedly, Mangaoang has been to reassignments this year, initiated by Lapena. Added to that, the ex-Customs commissioner claims that her colleagues in the said officers are not following rules regarding the release of magnetic lifters last July.

Si Mangaoang diumano ang nagpapalusot ng shabu shipment noong siya’y chief pa ng X-ray unit ng Bureau of Customs.

Ang mga shabu shipments diumano ay para doon sa mga kaibigang drug lords ng noon ay PNP general. Ang PNP general ay mayor na ngayon.

Tanga lang itong si Lapena dahil pinapuesto pa niya si

Mangaoang noong siya’y maupo bilang customs commissioner.

Magaling kasing magsalita at maglandi itong si Lourdes kaya’t nakumbinsi si Lapena na bigyan siya ng puesto.

Marami ang nagbabala sa kanya tungkol kay Mangaoang pero di siya naniwala.

Isa si Mangaoang na nalagay sa “freezer” noong panahon ni Commissioner John Sevilla dahil sa corruption.

23 modern jeepneys start plying Novaliches-Malinta route

This after the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board-National Capital Region (LTFRB-NCR) under the supervision of lawyer Zona Russet Tamayo launched last Friday an initial 23 units of modernized jeepneys along the Novaliches-Malinta route connecting Novaliches in Quezon City and Valenzuela City. The modernized jeepneys are operated by the Novaliches-Malinta Jeepney Transport Service Cooperative (NMJTSC) headed by Helen Viloria.
